"Through One Eye was born because someone had to speak for every survivor who never got to. That someone is me. And I am just getting started."

She survived something that would have silenced most people. Instead it gave her a voice. Her story began in darkness. What she built from it became a light for survivors worldwide.

Where others saw an ending, she found a beginning. Where the system looked away, she chose to stand — loudly, unapologetically, and without apology. She built Through One Eye.

It was built for the car accident survivor who will never walk the same. The burn victim who rebuilt from nothing. The stroke patient who had to relearn how to speak. The assault survivor who was told it wasn’t serious enough. The domestic violence victim who was never hit but was still destroyed. The one who sat in a courtroom and watched the system look the other way.

Before your session is confirmed please review the following Guest Agreement carefully. By proceeding with your booking you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

THROUGH ONE EYE — GUEST AGREEMENT & RELEASE OF RIGHTS
1. Recording & Production Consent

By submitting this form and proceeding with a session, you grant Serena Lamotte and Through One Eye LLC full permission to record, film, and produce your podcast session in audio and/or video format. The session will be recorded in its entirety and may be edited at the sole discretion of the host.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content produced from your session — including audio, video, edited clips, transcripts, quotes, and derivative works — is the sole intellectual property of Through One Eye LLC and Serena Lamotte. This includes the right to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, sublicense, and commercially exploit the content in any format, on any platform, in any medium, now known or hereafter developed — without additional compensation or approval from you.

3. Distribution & Publication Rights

Through One Eye LLC retains the unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to distribute your episode across all platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon Music, iHeart Radio, and all future streaming and social platforms worldwide.

4. Name, Image & Likeness

You grant Through One Eye LLC the irrevocable right to use your name, voice, likeness, image, and biographical information in connection with the podcast and all related promotion — including thumbnails, social media posts, press materials, and future content.

5. Content Accuracy & Indemnification

You confirm that all statements shared during your session are truthful to the best of your knowledge. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Through One Eye LLC and Serena Lamotte from any claims or liability arising from false or defamatory statements made during your session.

6. Sensitive Content Policy

You are never required to share more than you are comfortable with. Sessions may be paused or stopped at any time without penalty. Once content is recorded and published it cannot be retracted without the express written consent of Through One Eye LLC.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows without notice may result in forfeiture of your session.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.

By responding to this email and proceeding with your booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the full terms of this Guest Agreement. This constitutes your electronic acknowledgment and binding consent. If you have any questions please reply before your session is confirmed.
